From 2019 to 2023, approximately 14,000 minors in the U.S. were found to have received transgender surgery, puberty blockers, or transgender hormone injections. According to the Do No Harm group, transgender treatments have generated at least $119,791,202 (161,658,220,000 won) in revenue from gender-affirming treatment, according to The Washington Stand.
“This data release is really a nuclear bomb,” said Dr. Miriam Grossman, an American psychiatrist. “Politicians and some organisations argue that medical interventions such as gender-affirming treatment or surgery for minors are rare, but this is not the case.”
“The spread of these experimental procedures is not only because of money, but also because the American Academy of Paediatrics and the American Psychiatry have long been dominated by a small number of activists, pushing their agendas and suppressing debates,” he said. “Too many colleagues simply do not dare to speak out against it.”
Dr Stanley Goldfarb, the president of the Do No Harm group, said, “While this data represents the tip of the iceberg, this is the first step in the healthcare industry to hold accountable for exploitative medical interventions that have been conducted to vulnerable children without scientific grounds.” These procedures have also brought in millions of dollars for medical facilities. Boston Children’s Hospital has made more than $5 million (6,754,000,000 won).
This group released a list of the hospitals that earn the highest profits for paediatric gender-affirming procedures. These included Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, Connecticut Children’s Medical Centre, Children’s Minnesota, Seattle Children’s Hospital, Los Angeles Children’s Hospital, Boston Children’s Hospital, Raddy Children’s Hospital, Children’s National Medical Centre, UCSF Benioff Children’s Hospital Oakland, Colorado Children’s Hospital, Pittsburgh UPMC Children’s Hospital, and Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Centre.
Grossman pointed out that because of transgender activists, children are permanently “physically transforming. They are losing the ability to have biological children in the future. Many of them have sexual dysfunction or are experiencing many other medical and mental problems.”
Dr Jennifer Bauwens, the Director of the Centre for Family Studies at the Family Research Council, said, “They have been exploited by some healthcare systems and social trends. Once gender-affirming therapy is initiated, the help with problems that arise is not easily accessible. The process of deconversion can include psychological therapy, discontinuation of hormone therapy, and surgery, however, insurance coverage is difficult for these. Perhaps the LORD God Almighty will have mercy on the remnant of Joseph. (Amos 5:14-15) God, I present to You the tragic reality that more than 10,000 minors are suffering from irreversible physical and mental damage by reversing the innate gender given by the Lord. Would You rebuke the activists, politicians, and hospitals who induce and implement the misdeeds of gender change in children for money and political benefits? Let the church of this land declare the gospel of the cross diligently so the souls of this land do not turn away from the truth about sin so that they may shun evil and love the goodness of God. In particular, let the youth suffering from gender change turn to the LORD God as they hear the good news and enjoy the blessing of a new life.
